Nothing weird here.

You've seen it in countless romantic comedies. An attractive guy and a beautiful woman. They lock eyes and "bam", their love turns the world upside down. But what happens if you take that and apply it to an ordinary guy and a not so ordinary family car? Then throw in the wrinkle of there being "someone else"? It's this passion and jealousy, seen where you'd least expect it, that makes this spot so absurd, yet so relatable.

For the perfomances, we rolled a lot when cast weren't aware, allowing for more spontaneous (and funny) reactions. And don't go trying to scare your Aunt through the sunroof. That demanded some pretty nifty filmmaking. With a platform moving in tandem with the sunroof, carrying his weight from the hips down, our hero's reaction was the first take (yes, we shot the rehearsal) where he's genuinely thinking "WTF?"
